My long awaited update

It’s been amazing to see how God has been working in our hearts lately, and to realize that we’re just a small part of something so much bigger that He’s doing all around the world.
So… what have I been up to lately?
Honestly, as I write this, I feel so many emotions. It’s hard not to share everything on my heart, but there are a few things I’d love to tell you about and I’d really appreciate your prayers too.
If you’ve talked to me recently or read some of my past posts, you probably know that here at Give to Give, we’ve been walking through some big changes. We’re learning to stay obedient to God’s call, even when it stretches us, and to walk humbly in that calling.
One of the biggest shifts has been becoming more intentional with the House of Prayer and growing a heart for the nations. Alongside that, God has been growing us deeply in discipleship. This year we’ve been focusing on:
Discipling families: we visit six different villages (Chimachoy, San Rafael, Popabaj, Chuchaca Alto, Chuchaca Bajo, and Chuinimachica), walking alongside families so they can live out their faith daily and experience restoration.
Running the Gracia Women’s Program, where we disciple 18 women of God who are finding freedom, healing, and renewed purpose.
Working with 30 pastors from different villages, encouraging unity and a vision for the nations.
Walking with short-term teams and interns who come through Give to Give, pouring into them so they can return home equipped to disciple others and to live lives of prayer and worship.
Each of these areas has brought so much unity to our community. We’ve partnered with other organizations because we truly believe that Guatemala is called to be a light to the nations. And not just Guatemala, Latin America too! We believe God is calling His people here to rise up, to intercede, to worship, and to go out to the nations to establish His Kingdom.
I’d especially love to share about our pastors’ gatherings, because they’ve been so close to our hearts. Our most recent gathering truly felt like a gift from the Lord. We invited 30 pastor couples to a dinner and created a space for them to step away from their villages. For once, they weren’t serving, our team was serving them. We had the privilege of worshiping alongside them, sharing a teaching, and watching as the Lord filled them with strength and hope for this new season.
There’s such a passion for unity in the body of Christ here. At the same time, we want to see their hearts set on fire for the nations to catch the vision that it doesn’t matter if they come from a small village in Guatemala, the Lord is still calling them to go and make disciples. We truly believe we’ll see people from these villages going out to the nations, proclaiming His name and establishing His Kingdom.
We’ve been walking closely with these pastors listening to them, understanding their struggles, praying with them, and simply being present in their lives. Watching them worship together, pray for one another, and lay aside church names and ministry titles has been such a powerful testimony of what God is doing. Honestly, it’s been such a blessing and privilege to serve them in this way.

Through all of this, our passion remains the same: to see disciples made, hearts transformed, and God’s Kingdom advancing here in Guatemala, across Latin America, and to the nations.
For now, I’d just love to ask you to keep us in prayer for a revival in the Latin American church, and that we would go to the nations with clarity, wisdom, and a deep passion for what God is calling us to do.
